Meet Dr. Joseph Papin


I didn’t come to business through the usual path. I trained as a surgeon and earned both my MD and MBA from the University of Michigan. Before that, I grew up as a proud Florida native and studied Chemistry at the University of Florida.

In the OR, I learned how to lead under pressure and take ownership when it counts. Later, as a strategy consultant, I helped businesses tackle complex problems and scale with purpose. Those experiences taught me what you can’t learn in a classroom—what it really takes to run and grow a business.

Now, I am searching to acquire and operate one great business. Not to flip it. Not to strip it. But to build it for the long haul.

I’m not following the typical private equity playbook. I’m looking for a business where the owner wants to pass the torch to someone who will protect the legacy, take care of the team, and keep growing the right way.

  • After diligence, we finalize the acquisition and partner with you and your team to ensure a smooth transition and position the business for long-term success.
